 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes with respect to this Privacy Policy shall be brought and heard in the Federal District Court located in Kansas City, Kansas. You consent to the in-person jurisdiction and venue of such court. YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM, ACTION OR PROCEEDING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATING TO, THIS AGREEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
